The loops are invisible.
The behaviours aren't.
-
Replaying conversations long after they've finished.
-
Mentally rehearsing conversations that haven't happened yet.
-
Running tomorrow's to-do list before today is over.
-
Lying down exhausted while your brain clocks in for its second shift.
They all steal the same thing: your time, your energy, your attention and eventually, your life.
Over five days, you'll...
✔ Catch a spiral before it steals your afternoon.
✔ Experience what it feels like when your brain finally lets something go.
✔ Leave with one simple practice you'll keep using long after the week ends.
✔ Stop trying to think your way out and discover what actually works.
✔ Leave knowing exactly what to do the next time your mind hijacks your day.
One small practice each day.
One more piece of your brain back.
SAVE YOUR SPOT
You can't think your way out of this.
If thinking harder was going to work, it would have worked by now.
Staying in your head doesn't just cost you peace.
It costs conversations you'll never get back.
Decisions that take twice as long.
Evenings you're physically present but mentally somewhere else.
Eventually you stop noticing you're missing your own life.

MAKE IT STICK
Live Workshop
We'll connect everything you've experienced during the week so you leave knowing exactly how to interrupt the next spiral, not just this one.
Hi! I’m Jo.
I've spent the last seven years helping more than 5,000 ambitious women get out of their heads without changing careers, blowing up their lives or becoming different people.
I know this road because I've lived it. I was physically in the room, but mentally three conversations ahead and one crisis behind. I thought changing my life would finally quiet my mind.
It didn't. The circumstances changed. My head came with me.
That's when I realised I didn't need a different life. I needed a different way of meeting the one I already had.
That's the work we'll begin together over these five days.
Catherine
"I did the thing Jo said on day 1 and even though nothing changed in my calendar, I somehow got my evenings back."
Sophie
"OMG this actually worked! I had no idea how much attention my brain was stealing until I got it back."
