You've done the deep work.
Yet still second-guess yourself.
Your mindset has evolved.
But your nervous system hasn't caught up.
Anchored.
Six weeks to feel like you've got you.
You can feel that the old way doesn’t fit anymore.
But that hasn’t stopped you defaulting back to it.
When life gets busy or a conversation feels loaded, your system does what it’s always done to keep things smooth: it rushes, it agrees, it overthinks, it tries to get it right.
Not because you don’t know better, but because your body still treats certain moments like a threat.
Anchored exists for this exact gap.
The gap between what you know and what you do when it actually matters.
This is where most women get stuck. Not because they’re a mess, but because no one ever taught them how to stay steady in themselves when the pressure heats up.
Anchored doesn’t teach you what to think.
It helps you feel what is true, trust it, and stay with yourself when it matters.
"I've stopped second-guessing myself, trust my gut and finally say the thing."
- Rachael, CEO.

Meet Your Coaches
Where Corporate Strategy Meets Deep Inner Work
Every coach on this team has lived what you're navigating. Not the theory of it. The actual cost of it. That's the difference.
JO STONE
Jo spent 20 years in high-pressure corporate roles before building The Balance Institute. She's not teaching theory, she's teaching what she lived, what it cost her, and what actually changed. She works with women who are still functioning, still succeeding, and quietly paying too high a price for it. Jo is based in Sydney and is mum to Nikita, 16, and Stella, 12.
JACLYN URBAN-LUNA
Jaclyn has 12 years of experience working at the level most coaching doesn't reach, the physical patterns, the nervous system responses, the things that don't shift from insight alone. If you've understood your patterns for years and still can't change them, Jaclyn is why. She is based in LA and is mum to Alejandro, 3.
SABINA LAWRENCE
Sabina is a former Global HR Manager who now coaches women navigating leadership transitions from the inside out. She's the first person you'll speak to, and most women say that conversation alone shifts something. Sabina is based in Byron Bay and is mum to her entrepreneurial teenage son, Tai, 16.
Answers to Your Questions
You already know most of this. The question is why knowing it hasn't been enough.
