About Angela
Angela Ferres is a Menopause Nutritionist and Midlife Health Coach for high-achieving women, and a mum to two teens.
She is a Certified Nutritionist, Certified Menopause Coach and Certified Menopause Weight Loss Specialist. Her absolute jam is supporting women with science-based lifestyle modifications for their menopause symptoms.
She combines 27 years of corporate and coaching experience with 5 years of nutrition qualifications and menopause coaching, as well as a rather nerdy fascination with inflammaging in women.
So far, she has helped many women who feel stuck, confused, and frustrated AF at the changes in their body, with tools that give them the freedom to be themselves again.
