Your success strategy has been...

The Pleaser

Your Primary Pattern:

The Perfectionist

You learned to succeed by being easy to be around.

Thoughtful. Considerate.

The one who made life a little smoother for everyone in it.

People told you that was a gift early on, and you believed them.

At some point the ease stopped being a choice and started to feel like the only version of you anyone actually wanted.

You struggle to start. And when you finally do, you can't stop.

Perfectionism isn't just high standards. It's your brain not knowing when something is finished.
You don't decide when the work is done. You run out of time. You get forced to send it. Someone needs it. You hit submit.
You almost never feel done from the inside.
So you go back in.
The email you already sent. The report that's been approved. The presentation that went well. You're already rewriting it in your head.
Not because it needed it.
Your brain just never gave you the signal that it was finished.

That moment where you go back in.
That's the pattern firing.
And it can be interrupted.

You might notice yourself...

  • Say "I'm happy with whatever" more often than you mean it.

  • You swallow the thing you actually want because it's easier to keep the peace.

  • Often hear the yes coming out of your mouth before you've checked whether you meant it.

  • You notice when someone in the room is uncomfortable and adjust your mood to fix it, without anyone asking.

  • People tell you you're kind. You just call it being a good person.

  • You became the one everyone felt safe talking to. The one who listens, makes things easier and never makes it about herself.
  • And for a long time, the cost of that was something you could carry without noticing.

This strategy isn't the problem.

It's one of the reasons you've achieved so much.

The more you put everyone else first, the harder it becomes to hear your own voice.

You stop noticing when you've gone quiet in a conversation, that you said yes when you meant no, or that you haven't actually said what you think in weeks.

You rehearse the boundary in the shower and then laugh it off in the moment.
You tell yourself you'll speak up next time, and next time comes, and you don't.

One day you catch yourself wondering what you want for dinner. And you don't have an answer.

Not because nothing sounds good, because you've spent so long asking yourself what everyone else wants that the question barely registers anymore.

You've started wondering if there's a you under there. There is. But the strategy is running so loud you can't hear her.

Pattern Breaker Lab is five videos that do one thing.

Show you exactly where the pattern fires and give you the tool to stop it before it runs.

Somewhere along the way...
You've outgrown the strategy that built your success.

But what replaces it when life everyone else's needs can't keep coming first?
Here's what the quiz can't tell you...The Pleaser isn't the only Success Strategy shaping how you live.

Your Pleaser keeps the peace.
Your Sponge may be carrying what everyone else leaves behind.

The friction between them is why saying no feels so much bigger than one two-letter word.

Hi! I'm Jo.

Before becoming an Executive Coach, I spent nearly 20 years as a senior executive, Chief Marketing Officer and board director, leading teams across Asia Pacific.

Again and again, I noticed the same thing.

Women were trying to solve today's challenges using the same way of succeeding that had worked for years.

That's what led me to develop the Success Strategy framework we're exploring together today.

Your Success Strategy Snapshot will arrive within minutes of registering.

Bring it with you to the workshop.

We'll unpack it together.
