Your success strategy has been...

The Controller

You learned to succeed by staying on top of everything.

It's probably one of the reasons you've achieved so much.

You're organised. Prepared. Reliable.

You're the one who remembers the things everyone else forgets. Always one step ahead. People trust you because you've got it covered.

You might notice yourself...

  • Checking the calendar twice.

  • Reading the email one more time before you hit send.

  • Mentally planning next week while you're still finishing today.

  • Noticing the thing that's about to fall through the cracks before anyone else does.

  • You're the person everyone trusts. The one they bring in to control the chaos when it's all falling apart.

This strategy isn't the problem.

It's one of the reasons you've achieved so much.

This is exhausting in a way sleep can't fix.

The more capable you become, the more everyone relies on you to keep everything moving. And the more everyone starts taking you for granted, because you're already three steps ahead.

The constant scanning, planning and keeping all the balls in the air. Always one slip away from everything coming crashing down on you. You might look put together on the outside, but inside you're depleted and sick of living on a knife's edge.

The worst part is you can't ever stop, because who else can manage it all like you do?

It's easy to start wondering if this is just who you are. It's not.
The strategy has become so loud you can't remember what it feels like to switch off.

Somewhere along the way...
You've outgrown the strategy that built your success.

But what replaces it when life becomes too big to control?

Who We Are

Hi! I'm Jo.

Before becoming an Executive Coach, I spent nearly 20 years as a senior executive, Chief Marketing Officer and board director, leading teams across Asia Pacific.

Again and again, I noticed the same thing.

Women were trying to solve today's challenges using the same way of succeeding that had worked for years.

That's what led me to develop the Success Strategy framework we're exploring together today.
