Jo brings over two decades of high-level corporate experience, Jaclyn brings mastery in somatic and psycho-spiritual work, and Sabina bridges both worlds with deep HR expertise and intuitive insight. Together, we offer a rare blend of strategy and soul, built to support women like you.
JO STONE
Jo is a high performance and mindset coach who helps high achieving women create lives with better balance. She leverages her 20 year corporate career in large-scale high pressure roles to help women have it all, instead of doing it all.
Since starting her coaching and consulting business Jo has seen first-hand the benefits of putting ourselves first and shedding what society tells us we should be. As well as running her business, Jo is also a mum to Nikita, 15 and Stella, 11.
JACLYN URBAN-LUNA
Jaclyn is a Body-Based Transformational Coach and has 12+ years experience working with clients to claim their deepest Truth/Desires, harness their innate wisdom and develop a coherent state of Being to create powerful results in their lives.
Jaclyn employs an integrated approach of creational and healing work, informed by psycho-spiritual and neuro-somatic principles, to support her clients to align their subconscious with their conscious body-mind, to create a life they love.
Jaclyn and her husband, Miguel, had their first child, Alejandro, in late 2022 and like all of us, is on her own journey to figure out how to live her best life with balance.
SABINA LAWRENCE
As an ex-Global HR Manager, Sabina is passionate about helping high-performing women in leadership create more meaningful impact by bringing more peace, purpose and passion into all facets of their lives - not just at work.
For the last 15 years, Sabina has been guiding her clients through the mind and heart and inner and outer work, she blends practical experience and intuitive wisdom to help create transformation that is sustainable and gentle, yet potent.
Originally from England, she now calls the lush surrounds of Byron Bay home alongside her entrepreneurial teenage son and sweet-natured pooch.
