Integration
Space to practise what's shifted so far in real life. Nothing new introduced. Consolidation is part of the method, not a filler week.

The beliefs driving the behaviour
The assumptions underneath overwork, guilt, and self-doubt. Most of them were installed before you were ten. This week you'll finally see them clearly.
WEEK 7
Replace them with something that actually fits
Not affirmations. Not reframing. Real pattern interruption, practised in the moments that matter, not just in a journal.

Release the weight you've been carrying
Guilt. Resentment. The emotional load that never quite empties. Learning to let go without shutting down and feeling the difference in your body.
WEEK 9
Boundaries that actually hold
Not the theory of boundaries. The practice of them in your specific relationships and workplace, without over-explaining or creating fallout.
WEEK 10
Integration
Stabilise new patterns in real life before the final phase. The work between sessions is where most of the change actually happens. This week is designed for that.
WEEK 11
Free up the mental load
Reduce the invisible responsibility and constant background tracking that's quietly consuming cognitive space that should be going elsewhere.
WEEK 12
Design your next chapter

Jo spent 20 years in high-pressure corporate roles before building The Balance Institute. She's not teaching theory, she's teaching what she lived, what it cost her, and what actually changed. She works with women who are still functioning, still succeeding, and quietly paying too high a price for it. Jo is based in Sydney and is mum to Nikita, 16, and Stella, 12.
JACLYN URBAN-LUNA
Jaclyn has 12 years of experience working at the level most coaching doesn't reach, the physical patterns, the nervous system responses, the things that don't shift from insight alone.
