Hi, I’m Jo, and if I’m honest, joy isn’t what I am craving right now.

Between raising kids, running a business mid-pivot, managing a team, and supporting my dad through cancer treatment… I'm not chasing radiance.  

I just want five f*cking minutes where no one needs me.

I know what it’s like to be the one holding it all.

To be the strong one. The capable one. The one everyone counts on, while quietly running on fumes.

That’s why I created this challenge. Not to give you more to do, but to give you a way back to yourself.

Small shifts. Real relief. Five minutes a day that are just for you.
